On bookings, we require a deposit of 50% of the total stay ($50 minimum)

If a booking is cancelled -

More than 30 days prior to the booked date - a full refund will be available.

Within 30 days of the booked arrival date - 50% cancellation fee (deposit retained)

Within 7 days of arrival date (or no-show) the full charge applies.
